All of our courses are written and taught by our dedicated first aid trainers, as a result any course that we offer can be completely tailored to your needs.  Our typical courses include:

  • School based CPR courses - these courses are completely tailored to your needs and can be altered in duration and content, but usually last a hour or two and teach basic life support to children.  We can also offer first aid courses run over a series of sessions such as after school clubs.

  • AED training - This 2 hour course trains the participants on the basic principles of CPR and use of a AED.  It is a great way to give all staff the confidence to be able to use a workplace AED.

  • 4 hour lifesaver - this course will give you a number of the basic skills to be able to promote recovery in a casualty.  The perfect course for the daily commuter.

  • HSE Emergency first aid at work (EFAW) (6 or 8 hour) - This course trains the participant to a standard whereby they can be the nominates emergency first aider in the workplace.

  • Outdoor First Aid (16 hour) - This is our most popular course, and can be merged with the EFAW qualification above.  It gives anybody that works or plays in the outdoors a range of skills to promote rescue and recovery of a casualty, and meets the requirements for all British NGB Awards.
